1. JAGLOON: JA - GLOON (made from "jaguar" and " balloon"
2. A jagloon is someone who is more often then not underestimated. coming form the words jaguar and balloon. this person is someone who is always striving to be their very best, to stay fierce in comparison to the competition. and who will stop at nothing to get to the top. this word could be used synonymous with a leader, an entrepreneur, try hard, and guru. However just as with people jagloon can be a good or bad word to describe someone. if someone is being inconsiderate and only thinking of themselves in order to win you could say they are a jagloon. however on the contrary if some one is thinking completely out of the box leading his team to victory with no intention of giving less then 110 % they are also a jagloon.
3. They most common initial reaction to my new word was laughter. because it was used in a way of calling at the person this word they thought it was funny as if you couldn't think of any adjective so you blurted out these random two syllables. some people actually though if was catchy in a goofy way. i started using the word with in my friend group and it was accepted and even used by some of my other friends in retaliation. now i was being called the jagloon. however with some of my other peers they though it was goofy a little weird but just something isolated that i was using they acknowledged the word but it ended there. and then there were the weird looks. people who when i used the adjective jagloon looked at me as if i was confused and wanted to help me find the correct word. all in all i would say it was a success. i had fun saying the word and will continue to use it i think its a great new adjective.

Halfway Reflection
1) Tenaciousness is a competency: One behavior that i would argue is the most important for this clss is scheduling. because you have multiple assignments throughout the week you have to have a plan. especially because some of the assignments require you to go out and interact with the market. creativity is also a big behavior. alot of these assignments push you to think outside of the box. to explore opportunities where people have a need and coming up with your own raw unique ideas to help solve those needs. Lastly i would say another big behavior that i utilize is encouragement. Personal assignments count for just as much of your grade as the comments on your peers work. so be open and constructive. i know so far i have received alot of great feedback that's helped me and my ideas grow.
2) Tenaciousness is an attitude: during this semester i am also taking business finance and it has been quite challenging keeping up with everything. i would say week 4 i almost considered giving up. because my exam for finance was coming up i had neglected my assignments in order to optimize my studying time and missed almost 5 points. which in this class is the difference between a latter grade. i thought the assignments were just occurring too often and i wouldn't be able to keep up. but i dug deep and calculated exactly what i had to do to still succeed in this course. i told my self i would stay on top of my schedule from here on out and commit to every assignment and extra credit activity that were offered in order to get my grade where it needed to be.
3) Tips: consistency. i would say having a consistent schedule that allows you to complete every single assignment within a timely manner. and if you happen to miss one. when you get a chance still complete it. it will allow you to not fall out of your pattern and allow you to have a continuous learning experience so there are o holes in the curriculum for you.
Always complete the peer reviews and actively check in on your classmates work. this will allow you to maintain a tenacious attitude to keep going. to continue to give and receive feedback in order to develop your ideas to their full potential. this can also allow you to see the directions your peers are taking with the class and help shape your own path were you would like to push forward.
Beleive in your ideas. the assignments require you to come up with your own ideas businesses and products that are meant to solve a need. if you truly believe in the validity of your ideas, then that's when you are going to able to take the ideas to their full capacity.
